2022 Flat and Ceiling rents study
In accordance with HUD regulations HALC has completed its 2022 Flat and Ceiling rents study for the Public Housing Program. The proposed Flat and Ceiling rents shall take effect on January 1, 2022. Records pertaining to the survey are available for inspection at 526 E. Norris Drive, Ottawa, IL. If you wish to submit written comments regarding the proposed Flat and Ceiling Rent Schedules, send them the address above, attention Rick Jurkas by November 30, 2021. The proposed Flat and Ceiling Rent Schedules are posted on the HALC website at www.halc.org and are available at any of the HALC management offices.
